Frederick has been my mechanic for many many years. Recently I hired him for one of his newer services, automative consulting. I needed a repair done and one of the BMW Dealerships was trying to charge me $500 for a diagnostic for a repair I already paid for. I took my issue to Frederick because I felt like I was being played. Frederick spoke to the BMW team and revealed to them they were over charging me. The service manager took my price from $500 to $250 to $0. If it wasn't for Frederick this would not have happened. I'm so grateful for his knowledge and how he operates with integrity.
